Juice Festivals Limited is the data controller for the purposes of the any data collection in relation to GoFest.
1. Collection of Personal Information
We require your data to pursue our legitimate interests in a way which might reasonably be expected as part of running our business and which does not materially impact your rights, freedom or interests. For example, we may use your purchase history to offer you more personalised offers or products.
Information About Children
The Websites are not intended for or targeted at children under 16 nor do we knowingly correspond in any manner with children under 16. If we discover that a child under the age of 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will immediately delete that child’s information from the Website and cease any further communication.
We ask parents to provide names and ages of children for the purposes of booking activities for specific GoFest events. This is NOT part of the process when purchasing tickets but is part of pre-booking activities which is voluntary. If customers do not wish their child’s data to be used in this way they can book activities on the day of the event.
If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 16 that has not been submitted by their parents or guardian, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we may delete the information.
2. How we collect your Personal Information
Certain features of the Website, for example signing up to receive our newsletter, may require that you provide certain Personal Information.
We will collect personal information from you only where we have your consent to do so, where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you, or where the processing is in our or your legitimate interests and not overridden by your data protection interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.
Information we collect from third parties

Data Storage and email marketing campaigns
If you give your consent to sign up to our newsletter your data will be transferred to MailChimp and processed by MailChimp. Processing activity includes the collection via sign-up forms and storage of personal data within the GoFest MailChimp account in order to allow us to create and use distribution lists, send marketing email campaigns, and place online advertisements and the transfer of personal data to certain of MailChimp’s sub-processors who, as described in Mailchimp’s Data Processing Agreement, perform some critical services, such as helping MailChimp prevent abuse and providing support to their customers.
(b) Aggregated Information. Even if you do not request a newsletter, when you interact with our Website, we may collect certain non-personal information. For example, our servers keep an activity log that tracks all visitors to the Website. The information in the activity log does not identify you individually but may include (among other data): your IP address, your registered domain or home server, time of access, date of access, web page(s) visited, number of clicks, software crash reports, type of browser used, session identification number, search terms, search results, access times and referring website’s address(es).
3. How We May Use Your Information
For example: If you express interest in volunteering for GoFest or if you request to receive our newsletter, we may use your Personal Information to contact you and may share your Personal Information with third parties for purposes of fulfilling your request.

We may also use anonymous information to provide information in aggregated form to our partners and other third parties about how our users collectively use the Website. (e) Customer Testimonials and Comments We post customer testimonials and comments on our Websites, which may contain Personal Information. We obtain each customer's consent via email prior to posting the customer's name and testimonial.
