It's simple, you pre-book some activities to "have a go" at or just turn up on the day and visit the different areas and put your name down for sessions and just join in. There's also plenty of entertainment too, with yummy food to eat and chill out areas with music, massage and giant screens with live sport and entertainment. All the activities are FREE and all you have to pay for is anything you choose to buy from our Exhibitors or something to eat!

You just need to Register on this website as normal, then proceed to the Buy Tickets page and insert the promotional code in the promotional code box towards the top on the left. This will then deduct the appropriate percentage from your final amount.

Yes, you certainly can. Just set up profiles for the people in your group and you can book their activities as well.

You can pre-book up to 4 activities per person per day (unless you bought an early bird ticket before May 15th, you can therefore pre-book 8 per person per day of attendance). You will also be able to book many more on the weekend itself, subject to availability. Pre-booking will close at 8pm on THURSDAY JUNE 22nd, 2017.

Most are 45 minutes long (taster sessions) but please see our Timetable for full information.

Please go back to the ‘Visitors Profile’ page on your account. Then click on ‘Show Activities’ and you will see a box to ‘Cancel’ those activities on the far-right hand side. Click those boxes and then you can go back to the booking section to book others instead.

There will be some dance displays throughout both days on the Main Stage and some extra entertainment on Saturday 24th early evening (5pm – 8pm) and will feature a variety of different dance acts, gymnastics displays and local singers or bands. Over 70 singers from Rock Choir will also be appearing on Sunday June 25th!

GoFest opens at 8.30am each day and most sessions start at 9am. We finish at 8pm on Saturday after our evening entertainment and 6pm on Sunday and you will need to be offsite half an hour after that.

Some lockers are available inside for a small charge and we may have some cloakroom facility, we are not certain at this point. Many changing rooms will be available.

Buggies will probably need to be kept with you although we are currently exploring the possibility of a small buggy park.

There are some free water points located around the venues and plenty of water for sale inside and out.

Yes there are lots of showers available to use in the 3 venues.

You will need to bring your own towels.

There is plenty of FREE Car Park space at Gate 2 of the Etihad Complex.

The good news this year is that the parking is FREE.

There are quite a few places to park your Bike near the main entrance / car park.

Sorry, no picnics are allowed to be brought in to the park. GoFest is very reliant on the support of local businesses and food vendors so we encourage you to use those instead please, they are very good!

Yes, there will be a bar inside at The Regional Athletics Arena and you will be able to enjoy that as you watch the entertainment. We do encourage you to please be sensible and avoid drinking alcohol and taking exercise.

Ah yes, the beautiful English Summer! Across the 3 venues, about 50% of the activities are available indoors and if the weather turns against us then we just get a little wet playing the outside sports!
